We would like to inform our dear guests that according to Government Decree 509/2023 (XI.20) on Natural Medicinal Factors, Paragraph 7, Section 25, Section 3.) “In a pool exempted from rotation, only such an experience element can be operated, the effect of which can only be felt below the surface of the water”. .After the entry into force of the decree, from 20.03.2024, the experience elements of the medicinal water pool above the water surface (neck shower) cannot be operated.
The Government 510/2023. (XI. 20.) Government Decree on the establishment and operation of public baths
Children under the age of 14 may use the services of the public bath only under the responsibility and supervision of a parent or adult accompanying them. Children under the age of 14 are not allowed to use and bath in a medicinal water pool, a pool for medical purposes, a pool with a water temperature higher than 35 °C, or children under the age of 6 to bathe in a massage pool, whirlpool and other facilities specified in the house rules. Children under the age of 14 can also use a medicinal water pool or a medical pool with a doctor’s prescription.
